Fitted garment with military origin, worn under armour. Made of 2 layers of linen. Based on the relic of the Charles de Blois (died in 1364) located inMusée des Tissus in Lyon. Characteristic broadly cut sleeves (a grande assiete) made of two parts and fastened with buttons. Made of 18 pieces. The original one has no collar. The order can be personalized if it comes to fastening or based on manuscripts.

Due to the design, Pourpoint has better mobility than other gambesons.
